Catering to both the apartment owner/investor and the property management company, Ellis principally produces reports using data and information obtained through mystery shopping but also offers:
Ms. Ellis directs the company's nationwide mystery shopping services,
currently averaging 3000 shops per month. She has assisted in the design
of custom shopping reports for more than 100 companies. EPMS'
comprehensive, automated reports have made EPMS an industry standard in
performance evaluation of onsite leasing professionals. Under her
direction, EPMS has established itself as the premier apartment shopping
company in the nation. Current clients include most major apartment

Mrs. Weaver has been an integral part of the company’s finance and
accounting activities. She began her career with the EPMS team as
Accounting Director for J. Ellis Apartment Locators. Two years later she
added Director of Property Management to her duties overseeing the
130-unit single family residential portfolio of EPMS HomeSource. Her
success in these positions led to her current status as Vice President of
Operations directing and overseeing all operations of the four entities
that make up the Ellis Companies. Mrs. Weaver manages the
Irving, TX, corporate office and directs the personnel and systems
departments. She also directs the accounting departments for Ellis,
Partners in Mystery Shopping; EPMS HomeSource; and four Dallas/Fort Worth
J. Ellis Apartment Locators, Inc. offices.
