Automated Administration

Ellis takes care of the administrative “headaches” associated with managing a Shopping Report program. At the client’s request, Ellis will prepare a Shopping Report schedule for the month, quarter, etc. The shopping schedule will be emailed to the client prior to starting the shops for the upcoming month. Upon approval, Ellis will schedule the shops according to the client’s time frame.

All Shopping Report information, including past shopping reports, can be accessed at any time on the Ellis website. Completed Shopping Reports can be easily retrieved, depending on the search information entered on the screen.

Once the client provides organization information (i.e. Vice President, Regional Manager, Trainer) for each of their communities, Ellis updates each record. As the management portfolio changes, Ellis will promptly update the record.
