To view any completed report
(Recorded Telephone, Onsite, Internet, or Video evaluation),
clients can access this information easily by selecting a specific
time frame (i.e. any completed Shopping Report, Shopping Reports
completed in the current month, or Shopping Reports completed
in the current quarter). Depending on the search options entered
on the screen, a Shopping Report can be located quickly.
