Clients can review the status of all orders, previously or currently being scheduled. Search for specific orders that have been placed with Ellis by defining some or all of the search criteria options. The Help Guide defines the terminology used for pending Shopping Report orders.

Even if Shopping Report formats change, previous data is still maintained on the Ellis server. Clients may access this historical Shopping Report as needed by accessing the proper report database. The report database displays the version, time period and the number of Shopping Reports completed on the specific Shopping Report format.

Blank copies of all the client’s Shopping Reports can be reviewed, printed and forwarded by email as needed simply by clicking on the blank report link.
