Training tips can be used in conjunction with your Shopping
Report. When used together, these training tips and the
Shopping Report are like a mini-seminar on leasing.
Ellis recommends the Shopping Reports and training tips be
presented by the onsite Leasing Professional's Regional
Manager, Community Manager or Trainer in a personal, face to
face meeting. Shopping Reports point out the individual’s
strengths and weaknesses. Make it a positive learning
experience by focusing on the strengths. The weaknesses will
be very apparent from the category scores.
