A Video Mystery Shop begins with an individual posing as a prospect and placing a call to the apartment community followed by visiting the apartment community. A video mystery shop includes an audio recording of the telephone presentation conducted by the leasing professional, along with a written video mystery shop and a video recording of the onsite interaction.  Video mystery shoppers are equipped with a covert camera/recording device.
