Multifamily housing industry to improve leasing performance with Premier Mystery Shopping and Online Education Integration

(Grace Hill), the multifamily industry leader in online education and learning management solutions, today announced a strategic partnership to improve leasing performance by identifying training opportunities from Ellis Mystery Shop results and seamlessly delivering prescribed education through Grace Hill’s Vision Learning Management System (LMS) for mutual clients.

Grace Hill then attaches the necessary training modules in Vision LMS for the associate who was shopped. Clients may pre-determine completion dates for assignments, and training administrators and managers may access reporting, status and scores at a glance in Vision LMS.
