Passing a mystery shop is important, but why? How? When? There is more to a shop form than getting checks in the right boxes. The main purpose of a shop is to gain feedback and insight from a prospect’s point of view and then use that as a performance tool. It seems easy to fill out a guest card, tour the same vacant apartment 10 times, and maybe ask for the application if they seem to like it. But is it really? Doesn’t that get a little monotonous?
